Sold out at the distillery, Lark reserved us an  allocation for our whisky supporters and we have the last remaining stock in the country.

The whisky is a collaboration with ‘Death & Taxes’, a multi-award-winning cocktail and whisky experience in the heart of Brisbane, a celebration of what makes Lark unique and what unites them when it comes to a career in whisky. The team at Death & Taxes wanted a young, unique cask that would work with the location and fresh offering of the bar and Lark have delivered in spades with this single barrel release.

The bottling is one of two expressions in Larks current ‘Whisky Bar Series’ that also includes their ‘Cobbler’ collaboration, also available on our virtual shelves.

“We’ve taken Lark beyond Tasmania to explore what makes us unique and what unites us when it comes to a career dedicated to the amber drop. Alongside a collaborative limited cask release with some of the country’s best-in-class whisky bars, we’ll pull up a stool with the brains behind each barrel to chat drive, drinkers and favoured drams, exploring where their fervour for the spirit comes from”
