Description:
In collaboration with ‘NOLA’ Adelaide, this expression is a celebration of what makes Lark unique and what unites them when it comes to a career in whisky. Aged in Bourbon Cask #2542, this bottling is the third expressions in Larks current ‘Whisky Bar Series’ that also includes their ‘Death and Taxes’ and ‘Cobbler’ collaborations that are long sold out on our virtual shelves.

Since opening in 2015, Adelaide’s NOLA has grown a 400-strong whisky collection with a penchant for tipples that start a conversation. Leaning into their New Orleans namesake, they’ve got a big love for big flavour in their bottles and their chosen cask certainly fits the bill of the mature and spicy character the whisky bar has developed along the way.
