Palate: From a bright and sweet opening the flavours build across the palate to a rich, clean alcohol-driven crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of spicy tannin hints and peach flesh.
Finish: Long and warm with the afterglow fading into semi-sweet caramel and lingering stone-fruit tingles

Spring Bay’s ‘Bourbon Cask’ Tasmanian single-malt whisky is the 2020 release that was was laid to rest in a premium, 20L American Oak, ex-bourbon (Makers Mark) refill cask and then bottled at 46%alc. It’s whisky made right, using local ingredients and hand-crafted by the sea on the East coast of Tasmania!
