Here’s a unique single cask, American oak tawny expression from Sullivans Cove distillery, released in very limited quantities and only usually available at their cellar door in Tasmania.
These American Oak Tawny casks are not part of their standard core lines (French Oak ex Tawny and American Oak ex Bourbon) but are much rarer releases that are identified by the blue sash on the front label.
Strictly one per person.

From the neck pour I was really concerned. This was a bit more like nail polish remover but it still had the classic Sullivans Cove Nosing. After removing a small amount from the neck and let it sit for three weeks, it has tamed into a beautiful Sullivans Cove that we are all well aware of.
