Official Tasting notes:
“This whisky has rich flavours of Christmas spice, chocolate, spiced honey and rye cake, boysenberry swirls, dusty antique furniture, cocoa puffs and oolong tea that meets a lemon-oil edge and flickers of mandarin. As a single cask bottling, every tiny batch is different, expressing the unique characteristics of each barrel.”.

Interesting fact.
The bottling code TD stands for’ Tasmanian Distillery’ which means the whisky was distilled and filled in to barrels between 2004 and 2016 when ‘Tasmanian Distillery’ were the owners of Sullivan Cove under the watchful eye of Patrick Maguire.
