Following on from their TIB ‘Wouldn’t Have the Heart’ expression, our mates at the Barrel and Batch Co-op have released their next TIB bottling from the House of Duckett in the form of delicious Oloroso sherry. It’s an Australian single malt spirit matured for just shy of 5 years in cask No: TIB 0036 with Tim Duckett sourcing the spirit from a ‘Renowned NSW Distillery’.
