Distillery tasting notes
Nose: Figs, buttered toast, spiced pear and celery with an undercurrent of white pepper.
Palate: Rich plum sauce, fudge, rhubarb spiced crumble and demerara sugar. A very slight hint of charred oak.
Finish: Oily, long with slightly drying middle but moreish. Soft.

Nose: Chocolate orange, soft oak, Werther’s Originals.
Palate: Sticky date pudding topped with candied orange peel & drizzled with charred, salted caramel sauce.
Finish: Oily & sweet with touches of vanilla, citrus zest and rock salt.
