Description
The eighth release in the Islay Barley series celebrates the spirit of Islay from grain to glass. The whisky was made from barley grown across several western and central Islay farms in 2012, then dried, malted, and distilled the following year in 2013, capturing the island’s wild charm.

Matured for a minimum of 8 years in a combination of first-fill American oak and ex-European oak casks, it brims with notes of honeyed porridge, lemon meringue pie, and coastal freshness. Each vintage reveals its own island personality. Subtle, complex, and unmistakably Islay, with that trademark maritime-citrus and barley rich character whisky lovers can’t resist.
