Inchmurrin (meaning St Mirin’s Island in Gaelic) is a style of single malt Scotch whisky produced at the very adaptable Loch Lomond distillery, known for producing blends, blended malts, single grains and singles malts all under one roof.
This sixth batch under TBWC’s Inchmurrin label is a 22-Year-Old, aged in a bourbon cask and bottled at 47.5% abv. Inchmurrin’s intensely fruity new make spirit, which evolves into lighter flavours of grass and flowers, is the result of a high cut point from a pot still equipped with rectifying heads
About the Label:
That Boutique-y Whisky Company says it best.
“Some say Inchmurrin can do all of this because they’ve got a varied selection of distilling equipment. But we know the truth. The truth is that the distillers are full-on wizards. We sent a Super-Secret, Secret Spy to check it out, and we put the spy’s findings on the label of our Inchmurrin”
